Big Wins for Godwin in 2019 ADDY® Awards Season

Jackson and Gulf Coast Teams Win 25 Awards for Web, Video, Print and Design Work

Godwin’s branding and creative work resulted in a total of 25 honors in two separate 2019 American Advertising Awards competitions, commonly known as the ADDY® awards. ADDY’s are considered the best measure of creativity by the industry.

The entries won the recognition in the recently announced AAF Jackson and the AAF Mississippi Gulf Coast competition.

Godwin earned a Best of Show-Broadcast, two Judge’s Choice Awards, 9 Golds, 12 Silvers and the Mosaic Award for diversity in advertising. One of Godwin’s core strengths, “the big idea” behind a campaign, fueled the work that led to the multiple honors.

Several of Godwin’s major areas of expertise are reflected in the awards. Winning clients represent the Education, Museums, Finance, Public Utility and Tourism sectors. Tourism features the Mississippi Runs Deep Tourism Campaign which generated 90,395 visitors, 93,765 room nights booked and more than $54 million in visitor spending ¬— all in just six months.
